Asparagus with Plain Flor de Sal

I never steam my home grown asparagus – I much prefer the texture and flavour of it griddled. Just heat a tiny amount of oil in a frying pan, and keep moving the asparagus around with a little shake of the pan until it is cooked but still, firm (test with a knife) then sprinkle with a little of our SaltPans Plain Flor de Sal. Eat straight from the pan!
