Flor de Sal Butter with Oregano & Pink Peppercorns

To make delicious butter containing mouth watering flakes of Flor de Sal with Oregano & Pink Peppercorns (perfect on grilled fish or steaks, in risottos or in baked potatoes) just blend together the following ingredients, and then store in the fridge if not used that day:

100g Unsalted butter – allow to soften to room temperature
1 full teaspoon of SaltPans Flor de Sal with Oregano & Pink Peppercorns (+ a little more to taste, if required)
