Flor de Sal Butter with Oregano – the classic flavour of the Algarve

To make delicious butter containing mouth watering flakes of Flor de Sal with Oregano (perfect on new potatoes, grilled fish or steaks, or in baked potatoes) just blend together the following ingredients, and then store in the fridge if not used that day:

100g Unsalted butter – allow to soften to room temperature
1 full teaspoon of SaltPans Flor de Sal with Oregano (+ a little more to taste, if required)
