Flor de Sal Butter

To make delicious butter containing mouth watering flakes of Flor de Sal (perfect on warm crusty bread, crumpets, sour dough toast, in baked potatoes or on fresh vegetables like shredded cabbage) just blend together the following ingredients, and then store in the fridge if not used that day:

100g Unsalted butter – allow to soften to room temperature
1 full teaspoon of SaltPans Flor de Sal (+ a little more to taste, if required)
